Yes! I accept many different commercial insurance plans. Please reach out or check with your insurance carrier for more information. I also offer private pay and limited sliding scale options for those without insurance. If you are out of network, I can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.

ART is a structured, image based therapy using eye movements to reduce distress linked to difficult memories and triggers - often in fewer sessions and without needing to share details aloud.
Both EMDR and ART use bilateral eye movements and image-based processing. ART follows a highly structured, script protocol and does not require detailed verbal retelling of traumatic events. Many clients appreciate ART's pace and gentleness. We'll choose the approach that best fits your goals.
A private space, stable internet, and a smartphone/computer with camera and microphone. Headphones help with privacy.
